bag of No input Wheat White Flour delivered with no added folic acid

No input Wheat Flour 

made from crusoe winter wheat group 1  tested at 11.22% protein 

This wheat was not grown by David at Willock Farm but by a neighbouring farmer and although isn’t certified as organic the crop received no chemicals or fertilisers whilst the crop was growing. 

I bought it back to my farm where I have to sieve out any weed seeds before it goes through my mill.

My moulin astreria mill, stone grinds the flour slowly. I leave the mill to make flour all day but I am limited to 15kg per hour output as it peels the bran off slowly before it grinds the flour before going through a sieve which separates the bran out before I bag it  

I don’t add an additives in my flour which means it won’t last as long as other flours you might buy. Keep it somewhere dry and cool and use as soon as possible. You can freeze some if you know you don’t  use it straight away. Check google for details on how to do this.  

My packaging I have available is normally 3kg bags, 7.5kg bags, 20kg bags delivered
