You will receive 3.75 kg bag of wheat grains, 3 kg bag of strong white flour and 1.75 kg bag of wheat bran in a box delivered direct to your door anywhere within the Uk 

can be used for cooking or for showing children where food comes from. 

I put the wheat grains in my stone mill, it peals the outside of the wheat grain off (bran). Mills the inside part of the wheat into a fine powder and then sieve them to seperate it and then bag it up 

that’s it. Nothing added and nothing taken away.
