My honey is gathered in from hives based in the fens mainly local orchard including davids near wisbech sr Mary. It is not pasteurised or micro filtered. Some places describe it as "Raw" honey.

Honey as the bees and nautre intended. Our honey has as light a manufacturing processing as UK Environmental Health dept. will allow. Our honey is extracted from the comb and only if required, heated just enough to allow the honey to flow through the filters. The filters allow pollen grains, micro-nutrients, emzymes, vitamins and trace elements to remain in the honey, which raise to the top in the jar, The minimal heat does not alter the structure of the Honey.  The taste and texture of the honey depends upon what flowers and trees the bees have foraged within a 3 mile radius of there hive.
