Emneth Early (also known as Early Victoria) is a popular early-season culinary apple raised by William Lynn in Emneth, near Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, and introduced in 1899. It is a cross between Lord Grosvenor and Keswick Codlin. This medium-sized, pale-greenish-yellow fruit is valued for cooking down into a sharp, fluffy white puree.
Locally rooted in the Fens just a stone's throw from Wisbech, the variety is celebrated for its natural earliness
